Beautiful tanzanite teardrop briolettes, Ethiopian opals and faceted rubies dangle from sterling silver squiggles in these handmade, ooak earrings.   I've kept the design of these earrings simple to keep the focus on the wonderful colors in these precious and semiprecious stones.  It was difficult to capture the flash of the opals in the photos. 
These striking earrings will look wonderful with any outfit you pair them with.  They are elegant without being fussy.
These light-medium weight earrings are approximately 2" in length.
The earring posts are made from the sterling wire used for the squiggle part of the design.  While the posts and wires have been hammered for strength, please gently hold the earring post when inserting or removing the rubber ear nuts to minimize bending the post out of shape. 
These earrings have short posts and are not suitable for anyone with very thick earlobes.  The posts are 6/16" long.
