1920s/1930s sterling silver earrings with large, deep red crystal stones. Amazing, rich ruby color and LOTS of sparkle! Stones are unfoiled and in open-back collet style settings. Settings are heavy and sturdy. Top stone is slightly smaller than the dangling stone. Clip-ons- with the older, triangular style clip backs. In excellent condition with only minor wear to the finish. Clip-spring mechanism is still strong and functional. There is a slight color difference between the larger and smaller stones, which I believe is due to the difference in depth. These could be easily converted to pierced earring by a professional jeweler, but I will leave that up to the buyer. They are beautiful & wearable as they are.
