These pigeon's blood ruby gemstones are natural and untreated. They have been wrapped with 14k gold-filled wire which is formed into a loop at the top. They hang from hand formed fish hook ear wires.
-These earrings are 1-3/8" (35mm) in total length and the briolette gemstones are approx. 7x11mm.
-Ruby briolettes are micro faceted flat pear shaped, and since they are natural, there is some slight color banding.
-All wire is 14k gold-filled, which is nickel free, and as hypo-allergenic and tarnish resistant as solid 14k.
Ruby is the traditional birthstone for July, and is given to celebrate the 40th wedding anniversary.
