These must be Uncle Sam's earrings. There's something patriotic about them anyway. They are probably from the 1950s or '60s, have screw backs and are covered with pave red rhinestones. They are in good shape, worn as you would expect from the age and the gold plating is warn with a couple of small dark stains along the bottom of one.
