This is a stunning necklace and earrings set, made of ruby and silver.
The rubies are natural rubies which have been faceted so they catch the light beautifully from all angles. All the metal in this necklace is silver. The larger beads between the rubies, the longer beads around the back, and the clasp are all extremely pure fine silver (98% purity). The smaller 'flower' silver beads on either side of the rubies, the wire inside the earrings and the ear hooks are all sterling silver (92.5%).
The necklace is 17.5" long.
The wire inside the necklace is the best professional jewellery wire available. It drapes well without being stiff, and at the same time is extremely strong.
The earrings are also available separately for £18, in my etsy shop.
I am the designer of this necklace and I have put it together with my own hands. I have been making my living exclusively from designing and making jewellery for 9 years. I travel every year to seek out old and tribal silver from Asia and India along with semi-precious stones.
