The earrings feature genuine faceted rubies that are set in gold-plated brass bezels. A lustrous, white, freshwater pearl is wrapped on a 14K gold filled beaded headpin below each bezel-set gem. The rubies are dyed a gorgeous deep red color, and they sparkle as the facets catch the light.
I will not photograph each individual pair of these ruby and pearl earrings. Less time spent on photography means that I can sell these earrings at a great price. I have carefully picked out every high-quality bezel-set gem, and they are all beautiful.
The bezel-set gems are approximately 14mm x 12mm (9/16" x 7/16"), not including the rings that are soldered to the bezels. The pearls are 5mm. The gems dangle 29mm (1 3/16") from 14K gold filled ear wires, and the earrings measure 37mm (1 1/2" from the tops of the ear wires. These earrings will be shipped with a pair of safety backs so that you or the gift recipient will never lose an earring. If you prefer vermeil or 14K gold filled leverback ear wires, these options are available at an additional charge at checkout. In the last photograph, a vermeil leverback is shown on the left and a gold filled leverback is shown on the right.
